Kellsie Trounce

Real Estate Consultant

Kellsie is a native Phoenician whose interest in real estate began at a young age when she would explore local open houses just for fun. She has a passion for writing and communication and attended college in Colorado where she majored in English studies. After returning to Arizona, her thirst to experience life prompted her to go on a journey of self-discovery, which she was blessed to spend traveling the world and trying her hand at many different things. She took acting classes which she credits for helping her become a better listener, tried different types of meditation, and is even a “level 2” reiki healer. Eventually settling down in Scottsdale, Kellsie decided to pursue a full-time career in real estate where she can help her own clients find a place to call “home”. Acquaintances of Kellsie would say that she is laid back and easy to talk to. Her background in communication and attention to detail, combined with a desire to get to the bottom of anything and ability adapt to any scenario helps her to find the best option for her clients.

Kellsie is an accomplished equestrian and spends her free time riding and at horse shows, or at home with her two dogs, Flynn and Cody. Her various other hobbies include golfing, karaoke, drinking wine, snorkeling in Hawaii, and watching Formula 1.

What I Love About AZ

The list is endless, but I would start with the great weather most of the year, an array of different activities to do, the balance of city/suburban/country/mountain life, plus the most gorgeous sunsets (and sunrises!) you can imagine. Above all, nothing beats the smell of fresh rain in the desert!

Best Career Advice

Never stop learning.
